I've been having fun playing with color taxidermy lately. This rat is very blue! He's also adorably chonky.
I rewatched the film Annihilation recently which inspired me to play with the idea of the blending of organic with non-organic materials. Ergo, this rat has real clear quartz crystals growing out of him in various places all over.
He's got a synthetic pink butterfly perched on one arm, and he's standing happily on the forest floor with is covered in real moss, clear quartz, and amethyst pieces.
He's affixed to a wood base, which is 7x5. He stands proudly at 9.25" tall, from the bottom of the base to the top of his lil' blue head. Big boi!
