Tanuki Skull and Matching Jaw, cleaned, degreased, and ready for display or crafting
This specimen is a Tanuki some people refer to them as a Racoon Dog. These guys are one of my favorite because in a lot of cultures Tanukis are thought to bring good luck and be magical and mischievous! This is a real skull with a matching jaw. This skull and jaw are not missing any teeth, and are in great condition with just a little bit of weathering, and a small amount of damage on the very back of the skull I added a close up picture. This skull is 5 inches long x 2.75 inches wide and stands 2.5 inches tall & the jaw is 4 inches long x 2 inches wide, it is in two pieces that fit perfectly back together. We will be sending this exact skull and jaw pictured.
This lot will make a wonderful thoughtful gift for any skull collector, bone collector, nature enthusiast or for yourself!
You will receive the exact bones pictured here so please view all of the photos!  All of our bones are sourced from the desert, it is very hot and dry therefore bones may have some cracks and weathering present, Bones tend to crack as they dry, this is natural and unavoidable so please view all photos carefully!
