Steampunk Sculpture 'Waverly Pulse Cannon' OOAK Cosplay

Up for sale is this OOAK (one of a kind) Steampunk Waverly Pulse Cannon. It messures st 20 1/2" long, 13" tall, and approx.6" wide.
It is a combination of a vintage "Brass Works" trade mark hand torch, metal and plastic pieces, a vintage Victorian back platew ithe leather added, wire, and various other household plumbing parts that have been hand painted and assembled to create the "Waverly Pulse Cannon". It has a working flashing light. New batteries are needed. This unique  weapon was specifically designed to take down dirigibles, hot air balloons and enemy zeppelins as well as flying ship crafts. It is featured on my Deviant Art page under weapons. Condition is "New". It will be carefully packaged, shipped and insured with UPS ground and insured.
