This is genuine Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 and you can buy to replace your lost parts either a single earbud or charging case. It will not work with any aftermarket case or pair with aftermarket galaxy buds.

: What if one earbud doesn't work or should you lose one of the earbuds? You will need to use Samsung Gear Wearable application to pair your earbuds via Bluetooth to explore all of its features. Some features may have been turned off so you cannot hear or use touch controls. You can also buy a replacement and couple the old and new earbuds together if you should lost one of the earbuds.

: How to couple the two earbuds? To recouple them, remove the earbuds from the charging case and insert them again. Then, touch and hold both earbuds’ touchpads for seven seconds or more while they are in the case. The earbud battery indicator light will flash green and return to its initial color.  The earbuds will be coupled, and then you can try wearing them again.

We offer FREE shipping to all states within the Continental USA. International shipping is free through eBay's Global Shipping Program. However, you are responsible for any customs, duty fees and VAT charges.
Your order will be processed within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have shipped.
Expedited shipping orders must contain a valid physical address.  We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging along with all accessories. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from us in accordance with the conditions stated above.
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or expense required to replace or repair the product.
If an item arrives damaged, save the shipping carton and notify us immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken items to us unless we issued an RMA. This is necessary to keep your right to file a claim with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery date.
