All our items are brand new unless otherwise specified. Our items come with all original  accessories in original box.
Due to the  high amount of scam going on eBay, we might sometimes open the box to take  pictures of its content before shipping.
Return Policy:
We provide a 30-DAY Return Policy provided that the procedures and requirements referred to below are followed:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
If an item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
Products that are returned to us with missing, damaged or altered Box, Parts, or Accessories will be either refused or charged a restocking fee equal or greater than 20%.
Warranty  Claims:
We do not guarantee, imply or express warranties unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original  product manufacturer. Unless specified in the listing, our phones are  international and cover warranty in their country of origin. The payment  is not cleared by ebay.
The Buyer just created his eBay account and has less than 5 Feedback.
There is a problem with the shipping address.
The buyer  is unresponsive and doesn't answer the messages.

Shipping:
We ship only  after payment is fully cleared and ONLY to address provided by  Ebay. Address cannot be changed at any time.
Even when a free shipping is offered, we still pay for shipping, and those funds are NOT refundable.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping  and Handling cost to and from the buyer will be charged for any refused  delivery.
International Shipping / Carrier:
All international orders  will be shipped via DHL.
Extra shipping cost: Some areas overseas  are more expensive to ship to than other countries. In this case, we might ask  the customer to pay an extra shipping fee. We have the right to cancel the  order if the buyer refuses to pay the additional charge.
International Shipping / Customs:

Customs fees are
the  buyer's duty to the government. Please check with your country's customs office  to determine what the additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
Customs fees are
normally  charged by the shipping company or collected when the item is picked up by the  customer. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are  non-refundable.
If the buyer refuses to pay  customs fees or carrier charges, and package ends up returning back to us we  will charge the buyer for any customs fees plus shipping and handling cost incurred  (The buyer will be partially refunded). We do not issue a refund until the  package is delivered back to us and is inspected by our team. If the buyer  refuses to pay customs fees and the package gets lost or held by customs, no  refund will be issued.
