NamasToad perches serenely on his green yoga mat in the green forest clearing mindful and calm. He can pull off a lotus position effortlessly, but certain tree poses are difficult for him. Those would be difficult for you too, if your arms were too short to reach over your head. Yoga Toad isn't affected by monkey-mind thoughts like these, though. Toads are very focused.
