Up for sale is this Unique triple stone Sharpening system. I first need to say I am not sure if this is a Norton Sharpening system because I can find no name or numbers anywhere on this item. What makes me think it is a Norton is the stone size which is 11-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 9/16" thick. These stones are mounted on two robust aluminum triangles that have a 1/2" dia aluminum rod that runs through them with knobs on each end. The red tool box case ( made by Contico) has a custom plastic tray that that fits the tool box and the stone assembly will nest in it . One of the aluminum triangle fits into a corresponding notch in the black inner tray. This Holds the stone securely in place where it will not move or rotate. The red tool box has had large rubber feet added to the bottom so the box with the the stones in place will not move while sharpening. The black tray I think is more of a drip pan but it could hold oil or water if you wanted to fill it. The stones have been used lightly, not dished out at all. In fact if anything they are slightly high in the middle of the stone. One thing to note is you could probably rotate the stone so you could use the other side. Not sure on the grit but it is definitely a man made Course-Medium-Fine set. My guess is this is a Norton set in a style that was not produced for long. Look at Photos and ask questions if needed
