This will cause all sorts of problems. 3. Never leave space between the wire and the tree. Keep it tight. 4. Never wire at a steeper angle than 45 degrees. This could prevent nutrients and water from reaching the outer branch. 5. Suggest double wiring or tie down support on some thicker branches as it does have some springback.
