Weight: 150g
Made in Japan
Garden Shears Pruning Shears MASAKUNI.
Garden shears inheriting the techniques of Masakuni I (Shichinosuke Kawasumi), who developed garden shears for bonsai for the first time in Japan in the early Showa period.
In addition to being awarded the Medal with Yellow Ribbon by the third-generation head of the family, MASAKUNI has received high praise from bonsai enthusiasts around the world.
This No. 101 model uses carefully selected materials to pursue sharpness and durability, and is the highest quality product with a beautiful finish.
The manufacturer's product name is pruning shears, but they are generally classified as garden shears.
Overall length: 185mm, material: forged steel.
[Precautions for maintenance] Since steel is used, it is sharp for a long time, but it has the weakness of being prone to rust. Never leave it wet with water or store it in a damp place. After washing, immediately wipe off with a dry cloth or paper towel. (Even if you use it for the first time after unpacking it, it will rust if left wet.) To prevent rusting, keep it in a dry place and apply oil to the surface from time to time. .
