    Description:   Masakuni Root Cutter, vintage.  Predecessor of current No. 15 (250mm/560g), while support the same length, it's a bit lighter (255mm/527g).  Masakuni calls it "handy but mighty cutter for heavy duty work.
    History:  The bonsai hand tool was first created in Japan in Kawaguchi City in the early Showa era (beginning 1925).  With its extraordinary sharpness, the brand "MASAKUNI" is popular throughout the world.
    Condition:
    Very Good:  Used, but exceptionally well cared for by its Japanese-American hobby gardener.  Item was carefully cleaned and oiled with Choji Oil.
