    Description

    This is a good-sized turtle!
    I have to admit that this is not a genuine, dicephalic animal found in nature. Janus here was created in the workshop from two regular turtles. There is a real, living actual Janus the two-headed tortoise living at the Museum of Natural History in Geneva, but this is the closest most of us will ever get to owning a two-headed testudine.

    Species is a red-eared slider.
    The red-eared turtle is popular in the pet trade and has been established as an invasive species threatening native turtles when introduced into non-native environments.
