The Kiku Long Needle Nose Bonsai Scissors are perfect to do routine trimming and other work on your bonsai.  The rubberized handle is comfortable in the hand while the long blades with a pivot point closer to the tip allow for the perfect position for bonsai work.  These scissors are heavy duty and can cut fairly large branches that many bonsai scissors can not.  I use these to cut small gauge wire, roots, small branches and plastic nursery pots.  These are a comfortable heavy duty all purpose bonsai and garden scissor.  The great thing about them is that they are cheap to replace after years of abuse.
