Preowned but cage looks to be in good shape overall.
I am not an expert on hockey equipment and can only relay what is listed on the cage itself (please make sure it will work for your purposes): ITECH Z262.2 M90 TYPE 1, RBE III SMALL, dated 2001, HECC Certified - see pics.
Nothing looks broken or our of place.  Chin guard looks relatively clean.
