Insects and amphibian have long been at odds with one another, what with toads finding insects to be choice prey and all. But Cicada Toad is above that sort of thing, and has embraced the beautiful in both the Order Anura and Order Hemiptera. He can be really loud in the summer, though.
It's not easy to catch flies just sitting about. Fortunately for the Cicada Toad, wings help to boost his hops around as he ribbit-buzzes in search of his quarry and, possibly, a mate!
