    Free USPS First Class Mail shipping.  I ship within 1 business day of receiving payment.   Shipping days are Monday - Friday and I typically complete shipping for the day at 12:30PM PST so that I can drop off by 1PM PST.

    Please always make sure that your item is running the latest software / firmware ( when applicable ) before creating a return request, returning an item as defective when it simply needs a software update will trigger a restocking fee.

    If you would like to make a return for any other reason and not be charged a restocking fee, the item must be in the same cosmetic & operational condition as you received it.   For example if you received a brand new & sealed item, a brand new & sealed item must be returned.  If you received a used or open-box item it must be returned in the same condition and with the same amount of usage as when it was delivered.  I am meticulous when creating these listings and I go over these items in the same manner when they are returned.
    I have to be very strict about this

    it's extremely expensive to sell on eBay ( and always getting more expensive ) plus I've noticed more customers thinking that I'm operating a free gear rental store on eBay when that couldn't be further from the truth.  If you use an item and I can detect any signs of usage whatsoever a restocking fee will be charged.  As a Top Rated Plus seller I must offer free shipping on returns but eBay gives me great latitude to charge restocking fees when applicable.

    Return shipping packaging instructions:
    Make sure to ship the item back in the same manner it was shipped to you and the box that its shipped back in must be new or like new.   Never re-use a USPS shipping box or a box that has been structurally compromised.    Pack securely with packing peanuts, foam, bubble wrap, ect.     If your item was shipped in a box and you return it in a soft mailer or without sufficient protection not only does this increase the chances of damage during return shipment but it will cause a delay in having your refund processed as I will take extra time to inspect for damage.    If damage occurs to my property due to careless packaging or item(s) are missing it will affect how much money is refunded.
