Light colored Basswood comes from domestic trees cut in Northern Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana
Close, tight, grain structure, ideal for a variety of hobby, craft and miniature projects
May be stained or painted to represent any wood type
May be cut or sawed to desired length
Basswood is kiln dried to prevent the possibility of "case hardening" that causes warping during stick production
