Item is TESTED for functionality and any issues/limitations are noted in the full description. Item comes in original packaging and may be missing components from the original packaging like seal or wrapping.
What's included??? The box, the ear buds, charging case, ear bud tips, manuals, and charging cord.
We have stopped doing returns due to people NOT reading the DESCRIPTION. Not understanding what "refurbished" means.. Or what "used" means.. I'm tired of being nice an accepting returns because people are saying "there not wrapping on the box" , "these are used", "the hindges seem loose" THERE USED product!! That's refurbished..
Also, we have changed the handling time to 3 business days since we had people wait days after  the item has shipped to say "oops I didn't mean to order this" so we  normally wait the full 3 days, normally the next business day we get the items prepared for shipment. If you order something by accident you say something to the buyer RIGHT away NOT DAYS after once we have paid for shipping to get to your house then pre paid shipping label for you to send back! So PLEASE PLEASE pay attention to what you purchased if it was an accident say something RIGHT after you paid for it!! If not your suck with it.
Holy moly, don't know what is wrong with everyone the last couple months.. Never had issues like this the years of selling 🤦🏻‍♀️

We purchase merchandise from liquidation companies that come from big box stores..( IE. Walmart, home depot, target, Amazon, exc.)  the items we receive are generally RETURNED PRODUCTS. Once we receive them we make sure :, that everything is in working ORDER That means they ARE in working order. We test the ITEM for functionality, make sure that they turn on, turn off, exc. , clean the item, make sure that all the components are included.
So, once AGAIN they may SHOW SIGNS OF Wear. Also people are saying we looked up the serial number an said someone else owned this.. So yes!! It is a used / refurbished item! I don't know how many times we have to say it.
So, I'm sorry to say we are no longer doing returns because of other people ruining it.** This is temporary **
